Here is a simple dessert recipe for dinner Ingredients: 1 package of Oreo cookies 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup heavy whipping cream Chocolate chips, for garnish Instructions: Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or blender until they are fine crumbs. Reserve a few tablespoons for garnish. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Add the crushed Oreo cookies to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined. Spoon the mixture into individual dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with the reserved Oreo crumbs and chocolate chips before serving.
