One-Pot Creamy Mushroom Pasta Ingredients: 8 oz pasta of your choice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, diced 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups vegetable broth 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) Instructions: Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
